ACID

From rags to riches

From Madrid to the world

From rags to riches - or at least similar to that could be the summary of Acids path. Born in Madrid, this coffee shop with a selection of handmade pastries rose to publicity quickly and is now one of the capital's most famous culinary spots. Luckily, since this spring Berliners' sweet tooths and coffee enthusiasts can respire due to their newest location near Rosenthaler Platz. Buttery croissants, crispy sourdough bread, and specialty coffee are just some of their offerings that aesthetically match the minimalist interior.

"lively, multicultural, with so much space and openness for every kind of project"
Fede Graciano
Seasonal, local, delicious

The ingredients of their baked goods are organic and seasonal, perfectly complementing the overall natural look of the cafe. Just like our lively capital and the world in general, ACID rotates one item according to the season. This special item is always inspired by a traditional baked good but then leveled up with its individual Acid twist. Owner Fede Graciano always knew that he wanted to open a location here since it is "lively, multicultural, with so much space and openness for every kind of project.". Collaborations with other Berlin businesses are planned in the future as well. Will ACID be a Berlin staple soon as well? The long line and the constantly sold-out pastries suggest that for sure.
