Known as "About Fuel" on Instagram, culinary artist Fabian Dietrich is a name that most Berlin foodies are already familiar with. However, he recently published his first cookbook, specializing in casual fine-dining recipes that are easy and quick. The book comprises 70 unpretentious recipes that make sophisticated dining accessible to everyone.
Fabian is a foodie with heart and soul. After leaving school, he did his community service and studied fashion design. From 2009 to 2016, he worked as a fashion designer for a Berlin label. This was followed by six months as a sous chef in a Berlin restaurant. In 2017, he launched the online food magazine "About Fuel" and started his own business as a recipe developer, content producer, and food photographer. His book "Casual Fine Dining" is perfect for connoisseurs, foodies, and gourmets, who are looking for effortless culinary pleasures in stressful everyday life.
